The Corporate Advisory Board Meeting was held on 14th September 2026 at AIFD, Iqra University, with the theme “Bridging the Gap Between Industry and Academia.” The meeting brought together industry representatives, faculty, and key stakeholders to discuss current industry requirements, graduate competencies, curriculum alignment, experiential learning, internships, industry exposure, research collaboration, and opportunities for stronger industry–academia partnerships. The discussion also focused on identifying key areas for collaboration and developing actionable recommendations to enhance students’ professional readiness and strengthen AIFD’s engagement with the fashion and textile industry.
