Students from AIFD embarked on an educational trip to “The Designer,” a leather factory on the 11th of October, 2023. During their visit, they gained knowledge about the sequential stages involved in leather production, including tanning, dyeing, cutting, sewing, and finishing. Additionally, they were introduced to state-of-the-art machinery and equipment utilized in contemporary leather factories, such as laser cutting machines and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
